Painting a Car Hood in Acrylics

With the car show only a day away and the hood on my car in desperate need of a touch up I decided to try something I’ve always wanted to, and do a custom hood design! It was something I had started at around 3:00 in the afternoon and finished at around 5am painting for over 13 hours straight! The majority of the painting was done outside under a pop-up tent with a shop light until I finally moved inside when the bugs started to flock! It was a long night that’s for sure! Even though it was a last minute decision the end result was amazing and I cannot wait to do more hoods in the future!
